lowering springs are simply replacement coil springs that among other things lower your car. Usually anywhere between 1/2 and 1 1/2 inch depending on what brand.

Check tanabe's web site. They have different model coil spring applications for FC's.

It may help to find someone (e.g., using a search engine) with the exact same setup, but probably ya. You can usually fit any spring with any shock. The main thing to worry about is to make sure one isn't soft while the other is stiff. Stiff springs and soft shocks means bouncy ride, worse handling, worse braking. Soft springs and stiff shocks means a low lifetime on the shocks, stiffer ride, maybe worse handling and maybe worse braking. Again it might be best to search for someone with the exact same setup to be sure.

I have stock springs with Tokico blues on my AutoVert, RB Vert springs with Tokico Illumina's on my S5 TurboVert. Both work fine, albeit I wish I'd done RB Vert springs with the AutoVert as well. Better handling.
