Lowering Soft Top w/o motors

Is there a way you can lower the convertible top without the switch/motors? I tried searching but most posts were trying to diagnose the problem not just lower it. Any help would be awesome. Trying to get rid of the motors but still be able to lower the top.

Thanks in advance.

Yes. Remove the spare tire cover and there are 2 screws, one on each side, that needs to be screwed in. The are inside of 1/4" or so holes and there's philips heads. You can see the screws with a flashlight in the holes

I had one with the motors disconnected/ removed and was able to lift and lower it by hand fairly easily
