Many will say it's a cheap getto mod, but if you only cut 3/4 to 1" off the springs, the handling & ride stiffness will improve.
Note: On the front springs, cut the top not the bottom.

Any more and the ride goes to crap.

This rear spring cut gives about 7/8" drop:

i have intrax springs on mine and it sits about 1.5" lower heres a pic

it handles really good too. i also have a full compliment of cusco braces so at time the ride can be a little stiff but who cares..

the intrax springs will give you the lowest drop. its a good thing that you have tokico's because stock shocks and aftermarket springs or cut springs will drastically reduce the life of your stock shocks. so pretty much intrax gives one of the lowest heights, unless you go GroundControl with is an adjustable coilover type eibach spring.

I use Ground Control coilovers with Tokico Illuminas, I get about 1/2" drop front to back because the kit comes with the wrong length back spring. :P You could get up to 1 1/2" if you keep 2 inches of difference between the two springs instead of the stock 1 inch. Like 6 in front 8 in the back, or 5 in the front, 7 in the back. :P Otherwise you end up with your fronts at the bottom and your rears at the top just to make the car sit level. :P
