low voltage at ecu pins

what would cause my secondary injector pins to read differnt volts one is fine and the other reads 4ish and has a lazy rise time on my meter

From: tulsa,ok.
If there is resistance on the wire that could cause what you are seeing. Do a resistance check on the good secondary and compare the reading to the bad secondary.

maybe one is a low ohm injector missmatched with a hi ohm injector from a later rx7
