Low power

I have an 86' rx-7 ( I think its a gxl) It has the adjustable suspension and 5 lug bolt pattern.) When I first got it it didn't run because the ECU was bad. I changed that out and now it starts perfectly, but doesn't have the power it should at low rpm. I can feel the car pull forward aftre 4k rpm so I guess my 5th and 6th ports are working right, but I don't think that only70-80% of power is there.

It sounds like the aux ports are either wired open or stuck open. Look at them when the car is off. The rod sucks into the actuator normally. Does it look like the rod is already in, or is it out? Alternatively, do you even see the actuators? If not, then they are wired open.

Ahhh... I see ... yea it does look like the rods are out. The little pivot point is all the way in the counter clockwise direction.

If they are all the way out then they are closed like they should be. Can you press them into the actuator with your fingers?

Nope... you think it could be clogged primaries and the secondaries are whats giving me power in the top end?

You should be able to press them down with your fingers.

In that case it sounds like they are stuck closed. Its weird that you have more power up top, though.

No, I wouldn't think they would have much to do with it, though it is possible I guess.
It sounds like you need to work on the actuators regardless. Take them off and see if you can move them on your own. If not, replace them. If ou can move them but you can't move the part in the intake manifold, then you are in for some work. To get that unstuck you have to pull of the entire intake manifold which is kinda a PITA. You can try spraying some PB Blaster around the shaft, but it likely won't do anything if the sleeves them self are stuck.
