Not my car. Thats what you make sure you have a good parking brake for. Doesn't it stress your tranny quite a bit if your on a hill in gear?

No isn't the car using the tranny to hold the car when you leave it in gear without the brake on?

Definitely understand that. But I have a truck that doesn't hold itself when left in gear in my driveway. I have to turn the wheel all the way one way to give it a chance since the e-brake doesn't work. Definitely don't want that happening to my car.
