Loud/rough noise when shifting from 2nd to 3rd at high RPMs

Never noticed it until I actually accelerate quickly. It doesnt happen under normal driving conditions and it feels like it is mostly coming from the rear

Syncro's in the tranny maybe. I had a problem like this about 10 years ago, put in Redline tranny fluid and never happen again.
