Loud exhaust and RacingBeat Presilencer

My exhaust is 3" back to a Y pipe, then 2.5 and magnaflow mufflers.
now the problem its obnoxiously loud and drones past 3k rpm.
does anyone have experience with Racing Beats 3" internal diameter Presilencer or any other 3" presilencer that works well without a HP loss.
http://racingbeat.com/resultset.asp?PartNumber=16434
or should i just bite the bullet and buy the whole racing beat Turbo back.

I just put a MagnaFlow Dual/Dual presilencer in. Using the Stock RX7 rear Mufflers and a Racing Beat true dual Header. The Exhaust is sexy.....not loud at all, just sexy.

I have the 3 inch RB presilencer. It's still loud, but then I also have the Corksport single catback. But it has a deep, beefy tone.

Get the RB presilencer, it'll do the trick.

My car, rb 2.5 dp to rb silencer, 2,5" cat back, and a OBX muffler.

Oh and my point is even with a turbo it's too damn loud, louder then most n/a's.
