Lots of Wiring Harness Questions

Bought an RX-7 that was carborated, took off the carborator, and now i'm changing it to fuel injection. There are a lot of connectors coming off of the harness that aren't connected to anything. Also, the car used to be an automatic. Check out these pics and if you guys could help me figure out what these connectors go to, I could use some help.

Picture one is a picture of some connectors by the passenger headlight, you can see the MAF connector at the bottom of the picture.

Picture two is some connectors on the passenger side of the engine.

Picture three is some connectors with a ground and they come from in front of the ehgine or some thing like that.

Picture four is some connectors that are on top of the engine.

Picture five has some connectors that are in front of my driver side headlight.

The car ran without any of these connected with the carborator. I know that there are some that go to the four injectors, TPS, and MAF senor, but what the hell do the other ones go to. If you need more pictures or something like that just let me know and they will be up ASAP. I'm trying to get the car running by next week but I'm waiting for my RB headers, HKS HI-Powered exhaust system, and my gaskets to come in the mail.

!!!!!!!!Thanks for taking the time to read this!!!!!!!!

P.S.- If you have an S5 and you live in Tampa, Florida, I could use some help putting my car back together.

Grab your trusty copy of the Haynes manual (or download the wiring diagrams from the FAQ) and look it up.
