Lots of Smoke, Bad Mileage
Need some help guys.
My 7 runs good, good power, recent tune up, has 154,000 miles, gets horrible mileage, and pours tons of light blue smoke while at all rpm ranges, at all times. Coolant level has not changed.
Any suggestions.

light blue smoke is usually oil being burnt,
white is coolant,
black is too much fuel/ not enough air.....
check your oil level,
when was the last time it was changed?
otherwise, i'm out of ideas at the moment.

How old is the O2 sensor? When you say "tune up", what did you change?Did it just start smoking after the tune up or has it been doing it for awhile. Is it consuming any fluids besides gas? What are you considering pour gas mileage? Getting the drift here?
It is impossible to help someone that posts up the most basic question without any details.

O2 sensor
I did not replace the O2 sensor, just plugs (which were fouled), wires, and oil change. The smoking has been going on for some time (about 3,000 miles, on start up, went away at operating temp and after oil change) Gas mileage is in the 9-12 mpg range. Fluid consumption has been what I would consider as normal for these engines (no coolant loss, moderate oil usage), with the exception of gas.

The smoke is light gray, and it doesn't completely smell like oil, but not at all sweet like coolant either. The engine runs great (smooth and responsive, up to 5.000 RPM's, that's as far as I took it sitting still)
I am going to change the O2 sensor Sunday, hope that helps some.
