Lost to a Honda, my clutch is on its way out...

Argh, I'm in complete humility right now because I lost to a 93 VTEC Prelude with only intake and exhaust tonight. He blew past me on a local street. I caught him at the red light, got right next to him, we both launched, I launched at 5,000 rpms, he spun the tires, and my ******* clutch wouldn't grab at all?!? No matter what gear I put it in, it just stayed near redline and just slipped all the way through, it wouldn't grab at all in any gear. At first I was a few carlengths in front of him because he spun out his tires hard and wasn't making any time, but once his tires grabbed he was gone and I was sitting their like an idiot cause I couldn't change gears. I simply couldn't accelerate at all because my clutch slipped so badly. I got an 87 TII with full 3" exhaust, custom intake, and walbro pump. My boost gauge is showing about 10 psi under WOT, but I think that might be because I don't have an FCD yet(It's in the mail). My car doesn't feel as fast as you would think considering my mods simply because my stock clutch is horrible. It doesn't seem to slip much on a roll under boost, like when shifting from 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th, it's only on launches. Question is, what is the best clutch to get for my car? I want something that can take some major abuse, and something that grabs REALLY hard under launches. I don't mind if it comes with any noticeable pedal pressure increase, I'm actually expecting it so it's no concern to me. I looked at www.rx7store.net and their are so many ACT street/strip clutch kits to choose from I'm confused on which one to get. Some of them say on the bottom "Upgraded 6 puck disc" or "Upgraded Street Disk with Heavy Duty Pressure Plate". Which one is a better choice? Can anyone help me here? I'm just looking for the clutch that can take the most abuse and grabs the hardest.

check out a centerforce II. I don't know if they make them for your specific car, but they're damn good, I'll testify to that...
