Unhappy Loss of power after 6k :(

Hey I noticed that I lose A LOT (almost all) accelerating power after 6k rpms at stock boosting levels. The only way I know how to correct this is to boost @ 10psi which keeps pushing out power all the way to redline. I know this isn't really solving the problem so ideas? Do i need bigger secondarys?
