Loss of clutch pedal pressure

Seems like my I've lost clutch pedal pressure since doing the conversion, which I dont think can be related. I was thinking air in the system so bleeding it is the solution?

Thats definately the first thing to do, second would be to check to see if the master and slave cylinders are still good.
