Losing water through the overflow tank

Thats right in the last 24 hours i have had my coolent buzzer go off three times(i filled it each time) and i started looking for something this morning because it was light out. well its coming out of the overflow tank/tube. Its pouring down my grill and really starting to bug me. the car is not over heating, makes good power and this is the only place it seems to be leaking from. i know there is a internal engine seal that when the metal around it crack you can lose water to the motor but this is a constent fairly quick drip coming out of the overflow. any signs i should look for that this car is loosing the motor or could something just be back up somewhere.

This is usually a sign that your coolent seals have taken a poop and your pressurising your coolent system with combustion gases. make sure your system is completly blead of all air, and if it pursist in puking coolent (evetually while driving you'll loose enough coolent to the point it WILL start to over heat) do a leak down test and use a stephiscope (SP?) to listen if you infact lost a seal.

Just to clarify that I undersatnd you correctly and not to get you too worried....... your loosing coolent because your overflow tank is overflowing right???? then you add fluid... drive it... and buzzer goes off.... your overflow tank is over flowing again??

check rad cap to see its holding its rated pressure. A blow down or leak down test... you have to have a compressor and the proper fittings. Basicalyy you plug a line into your spark plug hole, pressurise your combustion chamber and listen to your coolent system. If you hear bubbles you have a bad coolent seal.
