where is the best place to buy a new motor from? any websites? should i way for a part out?

i wouldn't bother with a JSPEC engine considering you can buy a completely built motor for a few K or an freshly rebuilt engine for less than a Jspec costs, just check the for sale sections.

Exactly..

Just a rotor kit and new housing will cost you more than double what a Jspec longblock will...
