Looking to buy a FC

alright i was shopping around for a daily driver and i found this 91 FC convertible....the body is in good condition....the only thing really wrong with it is that the clutch isnt engaging....its been lowered and has custom headers and exhaust....it looks really good for what i could see even tho it was dark....goin to check the interior 2morrow in the daylight....also ill be checking the odometer....the guy wants 2700 for it...and i was wondering what everyone thought of that price....im new to FC as i drive a FB...thanks for any advice...parker

The clutch thing probably isn't a very big deal. I bet you can pick it up for 2k as is. Tell him that you are an RX-7 expert and that clutch problems indicate that the car could explode at any moment and kill thousands. and only you know haw to stop it, and that you have sworn not to share your secrets. So it is his civic duty to sell it to you for 2k................

in my opinion an FC might not be your best bet for a "daily driver"... you might be able to find soemthing with a little better gas milage?? and maybe a little more relilable
