is that a hybrid or a real 60-1? If you are going to go with a bigger turbo like that I would really really recommend the stand alone. If its a hybrid it's a bit expensive being that you can get a 60-1 hybrid from bnr for 799.

A good Hybrid will get you from 300-350hp with the proper support and you seem to have the majority of it.
If you are interesting in such a hybrid PM me...

Timing from the stock ECU is probably more advanced than you would want it to be at around peak torque areas... In other words, it is not a very safe idea to boost much over 9psi on the stock ecu.

If you are intent on doing this though, the stock turbo begins pushing out some real hot air after about 12psi. However, people boost to 15psi and have put out about 250-275rwhp on the stock turbo.

I don't think a stock turbo will last long at 15psi will it? I had a friend tell me his was never the same after pushing it that hard once at the dragstrip. Does anyone know what horsepower an agressively ported motor with full supporting mods can reliably put out on the stock turbo? Am I assuming too much at 300 or a little better?

The New RTek chip retards timing above 9psi of boost. With that feature, it would now be safer to run slightly more boost on the stock ECU. 300RWHP on the stock turbo is still not very feasable, but a nice hybrid should do it no problem. This is what I am going for now, if I get it all together and dyno'd soon, Ill be sure to post up info.

I believe the rtek chip will retard timing upto the stock boost sensor limmit of 15lbs. its one degree for every pound of boost.
