ive looked all over the search forums for some pics of the npr ic mounted. can anybody lead me to the light.
i finally got one after i thrashed my trust ic. but now i want to see some other ppls before i get into it. so plaese some mounting pics i would love. even better some pics in progress.

He's a moderator, he doesn't *have* to ask you. The very few people who did mount the intercoolers never posted pictures. Just remove your bumper and look for a place that it fits, then make some brackets and you're done, that's what everyone else has done.

 

Maybe next time you'll actually post a question in the title instead of some newbie BS title.

WTF!? What is everyones problem, he was justified... How is anyone that can help with his problem going to know to read his thread if the title has no real indication of the problem in it? It might get overlooked by the few people that can actually help...

And for his sig, its a forum rule so deal with it. Christ, people call this the evil forum just because the moderators actually clean it up and care.

Have you even read what has been said? The title, though I technically didn't see it, according to icemark had nothing to do with his question, so how are the people the would actually know how to solve the problem or have been in that same situation before know to even look at his thread if the title has no indication of the question? Personally, I don't care if this forum is considered "evil" because people are more rude or harder on you if you ask stupid questions, this forum has a much larger wealth of knowledge and help than the others that I've seen. Excluding nopistons.com for engine building and porting.

 

True there is so much information here. I love it. It is evil in my books lol. But I spend the majority of my time here... I wouldn't have my car running w/o this place!

Actually the Title change was the first thing that I did. The thread had been up for over 6 hours with hardly a veiw and not a single reply. It was being ignored due to the lame "help me out" title instead of a real title with the description of what he needed.

So instead of thanking the Mod who actually bumped up his post, got people to look at it, he and some other members complain.

Man, with poor attitudes like that, I hope more people think of this as the evil forum and leave. The un-paid, under appriciated mods of this board have better things to deal with than to have to spend time dealing with problems like that.

And the signature issues were simply an after thought, and after the title correction... because after fixing his title I noticed his was past the forum rules. I guess I could have just posted a formal warning in the moderators section agaist hime instead... but I figure telling him first here would be better than him getting banned (as can happen if you get 3 formal warnings).

Read more carefully. He didn't call you a newbie, he called the title of your thread "newbie BS". Since you've been here so long, you should know better. Meaningless titles and oversized sigs have been mentioned again and again and again. It's not like they're new rules, they've been around unchanged for years. Some people just seem to be slow learners...

Unless you have something useful to contribute, feel free to leave. Don't let the door hit your *** on the way out.

This forum's "evil" reputation has come about almost entirely because of kids getting all upset when they're told they've broken the rules, told to pull their head in, told they're wrong, whatever. Not many of the regulars here are too concerned about this. These people are rarely much of a loss.

I dont prefer one forum over the other. I use all 3 of them to gather any and all information I can. I just think its funny some people take it so seriously. Its an internet message board for crying out loud.

Dont even go doggin on Nopistons.com, I joined the place a monther before I knew what Nopistons.com even was, and I find them not only to be more considerate and more helpfull, but just an all around better atmosphere, so dont go and dog other forums because ur considered the evil forum, there is a reason for that you know, even though I still do like it here. You guy are also very helpful, so no complaining here, just dont dog on nopistons.com
