I once found the exact same thing for $350, except the body & interior was garbage and the engine was simply awesome. Crashed it, sold it for $175 to a guy who had a shell like you.

IMO, yours will be the only kind of ~$1000 RX-7 worth getting. Nice find.

 

$450 TII. Came with everything cept the coilovers, rims, engine & exhaust, radiator, and tail lights.
