That's a KSP Engineering car...

I'm assuming they made all that stuff in-house.
That's FC is pretty famous on the "show circuit", so those pieces might be one-off's just for their show FC?

Number one....who ever that fool is, he knows that RX-7's aren't slow. Just like Honda's don't look good & they ARE fast.

Number two....he so unimportant that that good looking FC happen to just catch my eyes.
