Longer to crank over

Hey guys got a quick question. The past few days it's been taking longer for my 91 to crank over. I'll be doing the tune up next week but was wondering if I should just change out the starter or ignition switch. When It first start, the lights turn on and wants to click over it sounds like it's stalling to start. Then I stop cause I don't want to flood the motor. After the 3rd n 4th try it finally starts. Just want to catch the problem before it gets worse thanks brother!!!

when it finally starts, how does it idle?

well go ahead with the tuneup and see if that changes things. if it doesn't, then check the basics: compression, spark and fuel.
