I know you said "all fluids" but transmission and differential oil are often neglected. My S5 had 100K miles on it and both oils were BLACK when drained. The Factory Service manual here has pretty detailed info on how to drain and replace the fluids.

The RX7 is one of the most comfortable cars I have ever driven. Half of the customers cars I drive into the shop I ask myself "Oh my god, how do they drive this?".

Highway driving is the easiest work your car will ever do- a properly/regularly maintained car should be able to hop on the road and cruise 1000 miles without any special prep other than checking tire pressure.
