Alright. I knew before I bought my car (88 SE) that cold solder joints were a known issue.

Is there a website with a good how-to on what I need to re-solder on the logicon and how to repair the wiper switch?

I just need a URL and I will go from there. I think it is time to begin the final stages of restoration to my car.
