Question Locking right front

I've had some braking issues for a while now but IIRC, the right front always locks up first under heavy breaking. Took the car out on Friday for the first time in months and, after changing the rear pads and both front calipers, the RF still seems to lock-up fairly easially.
The tires I ahve are admittedly crap but the two fronts are the same. Shouldn't they have somewhat close to the same threashold when breaking in a straight line?

I guess the master cylinder is the next point of replacement as long as the two rear calipers aren't hanging.

thoughts?

How were the pads on the front? Were the ones on the right side worn out more than left? Could maybe be a pinched brake hose.
When u replaced the caliper did u see brake fluid coming out of that hose?

Didn't seem like there was any real diference between sides when I changed the calipers/relaced the fluid. I know I wasn't lef tt hinking "Hmmm, I wonder why nothing comes out when I undo this bit while she's pushing the pedal down"...
