Location of idle air control valve

Can anyone help me out with the location of the IACV. I was using the service manual and cannot find where it is located. The manual shows it somewhere near the strut mount in the engine bay, but I cannot find anything that looks like it anywhere.

Also a picture of the jumper position for setting the idle. I have two or three different plugs in the location near the headlight and cannot match one to the service manual.

its on the top/side of the UIM. has a coolant line that runs to the throttle body. you're talking about the BAC valve?

No there is a separate valve called an Idle Air Control Valve that is used to tune the timing. I cannot find this, but I've seen somewhere it might be under the intercooler just not sure.
