Sounds like somebody had the idle set for the vac leak. Turn the BAC up some. Or to be proper you should really go through the whole idle setup routine.

Well taking off the BAC valve is why your car will stall when turning on the AC. The BAC controls the idle for options like the AC when its turned on. That part your just going to have to deal with.

As for the idle issue, read the fuel and emissions area of the FSM, there is a nice little tuneup guide for adjusting the tps and idle mixture etc.

Is there any surging? you probably can't tell with it just idleing, especially at low RPM's, but if you hold the throttle at like 3000 rpm steady, if it goes up and down that means that your tps is probably bad, as in it has dead spots. This has a alot to do with 'rough' idleing.
Another thing to, is the o2 sensor. If its completley gone, your gonna run rich, too rich, causing a rough idle. Clean the plugs while your at it too.

thats about all I can say.

Check and adjust the TPS. Also check for vac leaks if you havent already.

if it bogs that sounds like you have the tb mod witch some people say that the tb mod makes your car bog when you mash the accelerator. Also if you think your tps is bad why don't you just put a multimeter on it and check to make sure it is set at 1volt and when you press the accelerater it makes a good sweep without going crazy on the multimeter. Also if it goes above I believe 5volts its a bad tps as well. You do all this at the ecu, wayne has been answering this question for a long time, if you do some searches he can explain it better
