A little help. Pleasssse.

I don't know everything about rx7's yet, so I need some help. Every time I stop and shut off my car oil drips the engine crossmember. I have perfect oil psi , never goes below 30 or above 60. I was thinking that it might be my rear main seal about to give way. My oil smells like it has some gas in it too. I changed my oil about 2k mi ago with non-synthetic oil. One more thing that is sounding strange that when I shift gears, I can hear this little psssst sound, like a tiny bov. It sounds like there might be a vaccum leak somewhere down by the tranny. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Oil will have a slight gas order in these cars with age. Clean areas on the motor off with brake clean to see if you can pinpoint the leak. Look on sides to see if the engine is oily, especiially on the drivers side. Hissing could be a vacuum leak so use some starter fluid or the like and spray on hoses when engine running. If idle changes, you've hit the leak.

as it was mentioned before
clean the engine and and try pinpointing
cuz the oil filter sits on top of the motor it could have come lose and leaking.
but a lot of other stuff could be leaking also try checking

as for the vacuum leak (what car is it) does it have a BOV?
try using a stephoscope for findin vacuum leaks it might work
