little help please?

i rebuilt my engine, a 91 n/a cause it wouldnt crank over and had low compression, back then the front rotor had 100 compression and the back was at 30. with the new rebult motor they both went down to 60 ='['' though when i first tried to crank her over she wouldnt but sounded like she really wants to. it had life for like 2 seconds and then died. anybody got any ideas??

The compression will be low until the seals are seated. Is the starter ok?Is the battery good along with the alternator? Will it even crank now?

Do a search on "pull start" or "push start"...unless you have an auto trans?

the starter should be okay, its cranking and the battery is new, not to sure bout the alternator. how would you check that??
