little help! please

well it's been a while since i've posted and my car is running great BUT! When i drive it for a long peroid of time in stop and go situations around town, i get a thump, thump, thump on the back drivers side. When it does this i stop and feel the rim and it's really hot, if i spit on my caliper than the spit bubbles right away. I think my caliper is seizing up on me. But could it be something else? And another thin it does is when i make a 90' turn i hear it making a rubbing sound, kinda like a whinning! You guys think it's just a brake problem? Im gonna change both rear calipers in a couple of weeks and do all four strutts(toxico) and when i do that i hope the problem will go away!

Warped rotor? Try jacking up the left rear and spin the wheel, see how she goes.

There are two screws on the rotors and every time this happened I would take the tire off and just put the screw back in.... TADA!!!! No more problem!!! hope it helps.
