List all different models of fc...

I'm not too sure that this has been covered in detail...
I searched the sticky's and the archive... didnt come up with anything specific.

What I am looking for is a list style detailing of the different models of fc's and why they get that designation, such as (gtu,gxl,gtus...etc.) Options/differences/performance...

Thank you for your help,

-Blake

Look at the top of the page. There is one that says something like "what did my FC come with" that has the different models I beleive. One good tip I might want to give you before its too late is search before you post. Most of the time you can find the topic you are going to post about already. This is due to the fact that there are a lot of people here and we get threads repeated over and over so try and cut down the posting before you search.

PS- Also some people are dicks. I am usually an ***. And there are some commy's here too.

O well hopefully someone with some extra time can spell it out for me.
I know tha tpeople get tired of repeating themselves, i can relate i work in grocery, you know how many times i have had to tell people the condoms are on aisle 3... it gets old.
anyway i am just trying to further my knowlige as to not sound like a fool.
Mostly what i am looking for thow is performance differences, lighter hood/limited slip/curb weight... etc... I could give a **** about the stereo or leather seats.

didn't bother me, if you blow it up in photoshop or basically anything it'll work great. the blur is only the really small font- which i still could read and tell you it's basically nothing. esp for what your looking for- i feel that it's a great source

Here, I wasted my time earlier in the week for someone on another board:

There were the S4 models:

The RX-7 (the true base model 4 lug wheels, no power mirrors 86-87.5 model)
The Luxury Coupe (4 lug wheels, Sunroof, with power mirrors 86-87.5 model) (Canadian GX)
The SE (4 lug wheels, power steering- 87.5-88 base model)
The Sport (5 lug wheels, heavy duty suspension, 4 piston brakes, no LSD) (Canadian GS- Australian Sport)
The GXL (5 lug wheels, sunroof, power windows, 4 piston brakes, LSD 86-88 model) (Canadian GXL - Australian Limited Model)
The Turbo II (Turbo version of the GXL w/heavy duty suspension)(Same as the Australian Turbo Limited without AAS and headlight washers)
The Convertible (Heavy duty suspension, 5 lug wheels, 4 piston brakes, no LSD)
The GTU (5 lug wheels, Heavy duty suspension, 4 piston brakes, LSD, 88 model)

Then in the S5 models there was:
GTU (5 lug wheels, but only single piston brakes) (S5 Base model)(89-90)
The GTUs (5 lug wheels, 4 piston brakes, LSD, nothing power)(S5 Sport model) (89-90)
The GXL (5 lug wheels, sunroof, power windows, 4 piston brakes, NO LSD) (89-90 model)
The Convertible (Heavy duty suspension, 5 lug wheels, 4 piston brakes, no LSD)(89-92)
The Turbo II (Turbo version of the GXL w/heavy duty stabilizer bars, normal suspension, LSD)(89-90 model)

Then there were the 91 coupe models
The Coupe w/o A package (same thing as 89-90 GTU)
The Coupe w/ A package (same thing as 89-90 GXL)
The Turbo (same thing as 89-90 Turbo, just not called the Turbo II anymore)
The vert stayed the same in 91-92 as the 90 model.
As far as other details, go to my website and look in the section About the FC
