Question line pressure, band adj on auto trany--- Where ?

Where is the line pressure adj and the band adj on a 88 n/a auto trans ? I looked in the manual online and it doesnt show.

Are you talking about the shifter alightment adjust? That I think is the only adjustment you can do to the auto... without cracking it open

No, Im talking about the ATF line pressure regulator that is (in most automatics ). It controls how much pressure the bands and such receve for shifting and operation. Also the band adjustment that adjust's the distance that the band has to travel before coming into contact with the drum so that another clutch pack can engage, also for use when changing from drive to reverse.

I belive that in the Jatco trannies, this is actually electronically controlled.
