Is there any good site or write ups on how to pop the bumper back out. The car I have was in a front end collision and the bumper is pushed in the metal so the hood wont close. Wondering if theres an easy way to get that back out with out takin off the bumper.

 

You can do it quick and dirty with a come-along by hooking it to something solid and pulling the bumper assembly forward. I don't know if you will be able to shut the hood afterward either. You could also use a slide hammer to pull it out. Ultimately you're gonna have to pull the bumper to replace the reinforcement bar and pad. The plastic bumper might be able to be reshaped but replacing it will be the best route. Best to do things right from the start.

 

its not metal, a slide hammer will do nothing. Take it off, fix whats smashed and form the inside do some reshaping.
