those are the "flass to pass lights" you light them by fliping the high beam switch with the lights down. so you can flash people.

I don't want everyone running around saying Flass to Pass. C'mon Scott, you can't let that one slip! yes, they are the Flash to pass Lenses also called FTP. if you want the light to shine through there constantly without spending any money you can pull your retractor fuse when the headlights are down. When you go to turn the headlights on, the beam will shine but the headlights won't go up. I wouldn't recommend night driving like this, it's more of a dusk-type thing to look bad ***. And just so you don't get flogged with millions of people telling you to use the search button;

You can also get the "JDM" FTP lenses for something like $200. These have a light built in and you can wire them into your lights so they turn on when the parking lights are on.

Those JDM FTP lights give off VERY little light.

If you call them FTP people are going to think their cars can use the File Transfer Protocal and download mp3's.

Yes, I know. These lights shouldnt be used as replacements for the headlights since they dont light up the road. Anyways, JDM FTP lights are one way to light up the flash to pass lenses when the lights are on.
