Testing the lights on my vert before taking it in to be inspected I noticed that the driver's side front (not side) marker light isn't coming on- but strangely it does come on when I use the turn signal. Any idea what could be causing this? I probably need to have it working properly before the inspection to register it on Thursday...

 

check the bulb. I believe the bulbs used have 2 filements. One for markers and the other for turn signal. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

 

yes its a 2 filement bulb. take out the screws and pull the lens off and replace. i had mine go out a few months ago. the marker light was off, but the turn signal still worked. i didnt notice since it didnt do the fast clicking thing when the turn signal light is out.

 

Cool, thanks. I'll pull the bulb and see about finding a replacement. I don't like having to buy yet another part- but it sure beats the heck out of there being something wrong with the wiring/switches!
