Light Connector on wiring loom

Light Connector on wiring loom
Since having the engine out and wiring and then putting it all back in my driving side (Right side as sat in the car) lights at the front no longer work. Motor still operates and raises the pop up, but the indicator, main light and white marker light dont work.
I think I must have missed a connector, what does it look like and were is it located? Either that or i have done something alot worse like damaged the wiring loom.

look under the stock air box,or in the Front Inner Passenger corner of the Engine Bay.I think the connector Comes through a hole in the Body there..
