I was driving my buddys supra today all day and i noticed how stiff the clutch was and the shifter compared to my car. I have an 88 gxl and my car is totally different. The clutch on my car is a lot easier to step on and my shifter is really loose abd a lot easier to shift. What is a clutch and shifter supposed to feel like in a 2nd gen??

 

Maybe you can adjust it?
My dad's 88 SE has a very hard clutch while my 89 GXL is very soft.

 

u can change your pressure plate and clutch to one with more springs
