How do you replace the lights in the heater/ A/C control?

remove the Logicon, unscrew the 4 screws holding the face plate of the Logicon, unsnap it, unscrew at least one side of the circuit board for the Logicons face plate, you can then access the light bulbs.

That will not fix the indicator lights (which are soldered in) just the top and bottom icon lights.
