license plate cover

where can i purchase a rear license plate cover ,that when someone takes a picture of the plate it comes out dissorted ?

my local shucks (autozone) has pretty dark tinted ones, I dont know if your place does. but those are hard as hell to see through

They might get you a ticket though. Alot of states are sticklers when it comes to license plate obstruction.
