I'll break it down for you. Materials cost for the fiberglass and resin is somewhere around $35 per lip.
But add about 3 hours of labor and a lot of messy fiberglass and resin, I use to charge $150 per lip. The buyer could choose the FEED lip style (with holes) or my type of lip (no holes). I was in the process of making them for S4 FCs but ran out of time, money, and S4 customers.
I know some of you will think its an easy $35 lip, but I guarantee its a lot more work than you think. Fiberglass is a pain to work with. Hazardous fumes, horrible itching, and tons of mess.
