Lets play name that part

I've been doing a lot of investigating lately under my hood. Found this behind the oil filter. It looks like it hasn't been hooked up for a long time. Well at least since before I owned the car. I can't seem to find it in my haynes manual or online in any FSM's. Anyone know what it's supposed to connect to?

That's the bleeder screw for the clutch slave cylinder. It doesn't get hooked up to anything. You only need to loosen it when you are trying to bleed the air out of the clutch hydraulic system.
