Angry Lets play guess that hose (yet again)!

But this time its a bit more difficult, as the hose is not attached to anything.

I found this hose in the bottom of the box where I threw all my engine and auxillary parts. So I'm thinking it came off of the engine and not out of anywhere in the engine bay. But that could be a mistake.

I swear I have seen that before. I think it might be the hose to the thermowax. It doesn't really matter though if you just change out your vacuum lines anyway

That goes from the stock TID to the Metal hose that runs just above the Turbo itself. At least thats where a hose that looks EXACTLY like that goes on a S4.

Robert

There is another hose similar to that by the check valve of the upper intake .. but I think that one is a few inches longer, but hard to tell the size of that hose from the pic.

Thats exactly what I thought, and it looks just like those hoses. But both of them are already there. So it cant be one of those.

Thing is, it looks and feels like it's never been used. So I'm curious if it was maybe just put there by mistake.
Oh well, I'll find out if my engine doesn't run.

Oh, and heres a pic showing the size:
