Exclamation Left intercooler pipe prob and car has weak low rpm power but boosts hard

Ok i've checked everything for vac leaks. The car chug chugs and i have to barely tap the trottle to get it going and only after 5k can i open the gas and then it will drive like crap but way more power. My stock boost gauge doesnt jump up and down but my greddy is way more sensative and goes up and down on idle just a tiny bit. onlything i found wrong was well not only is my oil pan seal leaking and throwing oil on my turbo BUT i found this under my interncooler pipe before the BOV

I cant find where this should be connected to, and i've looked hard. Should I plug it? i idles and runs a lil better when plugged.

That would be a huge vacuum leak. You should definitely plug it. Do you have a BAC? One hose should go from after the turbo to the BAC. It looks like that other hose next to it is for your boost controller right.

EDIT. It looks like you still have your stock intake snorkel too, that thing is very prone to cracking and leaking like a bitch at where it connects to the turbo. You should just get a TID replacement pipe.

a vacum leak would cause your symptoms. Check everything. That nipple should go to the boost solenoid i think. If the rest of it is connected, then it needs to be connected or removed completely otherwise one and could cause a boost leak i think.

edit: you got a s4, so I dont know how much it differs from S5.
