Leavig off emmisions.

I am a New Yorker and my car is old enough to not need to pass emissions. I am currently putting a rebuilt S5 block into a S4 body. i was going to put all of the emissions stuff back in but i cannot find how to get the EGR from the s4 onto the s5 the hole is not the same on the top.

that aside what parts are recommended that i leave off since i don't have to worry about the emissions all together?

i was looking at the diagrams given to me by other users and i can see the EGR in the diagrams but it is never labeled for the new block...
