leaky clutch slave cyl, slipping clutch

My clutch has been slipping and getting worse by day... It seems all to coincidental that the clutch would wear out right when the slave appears to fail... heres the story:

Day1: I notice the clutch slipping at bit while accelerating, and the pedal feels odd (spongy maybe)

Day2: same deal

Day3: I'm driving down the road testing out how I did with the wheel balancing, and as I'm shifting up everytime I press the clutch it doesn't come up as far. After about 5-6 times its on the floor... so i dry shift all the way back to school and park it. I check the reservoir and its empty... add some fluid and pump the pedal, and it seems fine.... pedal doesn't have the same firmness but hey the clutch seems to work for the most part... I plan to investigate later but school doesn't allow any free time for me to do such things :/

Day10-20: The clutch seems to be slipping again while accelerating and taking off from a stop. Gets worse daily... but i only drive like 10km a day... another reason that makes me believe its fluid on the clutch disc.

Da25: The clutch is doing horribly.... stop driving the car.. finally inspect the slave and feel fluid around the boot.. notice a wet mark under the slave... the fluid level has also gone down...

What I'm wondering, is it possible that the slave is leaking, and the fluid is getting onto the clutch plate? It seems to coincidental that it starts slipping and such right when the slave leaks? I dunno.. if it isn't i'll be doing a half assed clutch change with a used clutch plate.. about 60-75% wear left... and resurfacing the flywheel by hand while on the car! ****

If you can afford, change the clutch master cylinder, clutch slave hose, and clutch slave cylinder all at the same time...
