Leaking Fuel Filter

Has anyone had problems with leaking fuel filters?

All lines are new, new clamps, new filter...

STILL there is a little gas on the bottom ring of the fuel filter.

help...

are you using FI lines? and FI clamps? or did you just go buy some rubber hose and cheap clamps?
