Leading and trailing firing at the same time
I dont know how this is possible but when I hook up the timing light to L1 and T1 they both are on the yellow mark.
I check the wire close to the coil and the plug.
I opened up the CAS and found that the red and white wire have exposed wire showing.
Has anybody ever heard of this?

The trailing signal is known to be difficult to read with a timing light. There is no adjustment for it, so as long as it is running fine, there is nothing for you to do.
If they were firing at the same time, it would run terribly because your trailing plugs would be on the leading, wasted spark timing.

this is normal. above about 800 rpm, timing split is near zero, so both leading and trailing fire at teh same time, at about 14 deg advanced. if you want to check your timing, try to get your idle down around 750 rpm, and timing will drop to -5 L and -20 T, matching the marks on the pulley.
if the marks line up while leading and trailing are firing at the same time, this means your timing is off by about 20 degrees, and you need to drop the idle and reset
