Lazy eyes?

Dumb question really... but i was wondering what I have to do (if it's even possible) to get the whole lazy eyes thing to work. What kind of wiring do I have to do if any?

Did you try looking at the pivot headlight controller . they sell it for 75.00 dollars you could usually find it on ebay for cheaper but it will give you the sleepy eye look i haven't installed mine yet but when i do i'll include pics. it beats trying to rig it .

I don't see how it's possible to do the sleepy eye mod without reducing visibility significantly, unless you reaimed the headlights or something.
