ok i was walking down the street with one of my friends. (still dont have my 7) and i saw an 88 10th AE i told my friend to hold on. we waited for the light to turn green. the guy got on it. his car sounded like a laser. my jaw dropped as did my friends. he had an aftermarket exhaust and numbers on his wihndow. my question is how did he make it sound like that. it was the most amazing sound come out of a car ive ever heard. ive heard other turbo 7s and they never sounded like that.
. Be more descriptive about what the sound was and maybe someone can help you'

umm its kinda hard to describe a sound but it was kind of like a high pitched scream. it wasnt the turbo i know what that sounds like. it dosnt soud like any other turbo 7 ive heard. but hey it might just be the engine dose anyone have any good sound clips? this was such a wierd sound. but i loved it. it was like how a laser sounds in movies not in real life

Sounds like an HKS Type-R BOV to me
It's probably a blow off valve...the Type-R blow off valves are known for their "laser" type sound (I don't think they are made for performance, just for sound..with added performance from a stock BOV though of course).
