Lapping my fr. int. and rear housings 30k on the motor should I bother?

Depends on what condition they are in. Check them to the FSM specs to make sure.

Lapping creates more headaches than it's worth.&nbsp After lapping and reassembly, you need to spec the eccentric shaft play, as the now narrower housings means you're most likely need to change the spacer in the front to maintain proper eccentric shaft play...

If the housings are scored noticeably, it's safer to just replace them.
