Are KYB Shocks/Struts any good?

This guy at this store got acouple extra sets of KYB Shock/Struts.
He wants to sell them to me for $250.00.

Are they worth it?

I say go for it, I had KYBs on my Bronco a few years ago and loved them As soon as I can drop the coinage into some KYBs for my FC I'm doing it.

I think it depends on what springs you get. I found that my suspension techniques springs aren't stiff enough to expand the shock after it compresses (even at level 1). You don't really notice it unless you're really aggressively driving though.
